Add PLAY.FACTIONSREVIVED.COM as a server in your Minecraft client. Anything from Java 1.8.9 to 1.21 connects, and PvP mechanics stay 1.8 style regardless of which one you use.
Check that you are on Java Edition, not Bedrock. If the server shows offline during launch week we are almost certainly restarting — wait two minutes and refresh your server list.
Open a ticket in Discord with your username, roughly when it happened, and a screenshot if you have one. We keep logs, so most claims can be verified within a day.
Ranks and crate keys apply automatically within a few minutes. If nothing arrives, open a ticket with your transaction ID. Do not file a chargeback — it is a permanent ban.
Cheating, exploiting, or any client that hands you an unfair advantage is bannable. Report it in Discord with evidence — clips are far more useful than descriptions.
Discord is the fastest route to a human. Staff are tagged in the member list and tickets are usually answered the same day.
